The test consists of 180 multiple choice questions, and it might take you as long as two hours to complete it.

It might be that Caliper uses a few unsolvable questions to see your ability to handle challenging situations.

After 180 questions and two hours of work, the employers will have a pretty accurate psychological profile that will help them make better hiring decisions.
Your answers will be analyzed by professionals trained to analyze Caliper test results.
First, they analyze job requirements, then they analyze the test results submitted by job applicants and try to figure out who is the best candidate for this particular position.
How to pass the Caliper test
As it was mentioned above, most questions in the Caliper assessment test are self-assessment type questions.
It is probably safe to say that your best bet is to be yourself and answer sincerely.
If you aren’t a good fit for the job, then be it.
You could definitely increase your chances of success by trying to think about what personal traits may be deemed desirable for the position you are applying and answering accordingly.
The problem with that is that you might be hired for a position that doesn’t fit your personality profile and will make you miserable in the long run.
