Directions
Check all that apply. Choose the “The opposite” option if you feel that “False” isn’t enough to express the way you feel. For example, for the statement “I am full of energy. I am literally bouncing off the walls” choose “False” if you have normal energy levels and choose “The opposite” if you feel extremely weak and tired.
Once you complete the test, you will receive three scores on a scale of 0 to 100: Your overall mood, euphoria, and dysphoria. Euphoria is a state of intense happiness and excitement. Dysphoria is a state of unease and dissatisfaction. None of these words is used in a psychiatric context.
