Personality Color Red

Red Personality ColorWe are done with the color psychology basics and are ready to discuss the red personality type.

According to color psychologists, you belong to the red personality type if you have a strong preference for the color red.

But in reality, many people love multiple colors, so it is usually suggested to read through descriptions of all personality colors and see where you belong.

Keep in mind, color psychology is not an exact science, and you may exhibit only some of these personality traits.

What makes you the way you are? Take THIS TEST to discover your personality type.

People with red personalities are usually quite active, cheerful, and optimistic — it is somewhat similar to the sanguine personality type.

Interestingly, the word “sanguine” means “bloody” in the Latin language — not in the meaning of bloodshed but the meaning of excess of blood humor.

It is believed that excess of blood humor leads to cheerful optimism, just like you see in people with the red personality type.

It is an interesting coincidence that the color red is strongly associated with blood.

People with the red personality type love attention and are willing to work for it.

This isn’t hard, though — because they are so energetic and joyful, many people want to be around them in hopes that their joy and happiness will rub off on them too.

These people are quite competitive and are not willing to settle.

Another positive trait is that they love originality and strive to bring something new; they want to add to this world.

Generally, “red” people can be considered dreamers, but they do not just dream — they are ready to work to reach their goals.

Many famous artists, actors, and vagabonds exhibit characteristics of the red personality type.

Jobs for the Red Personality Type

Brilliant, dazzling, magnetic “reds” will do best when working with other people.

Other people’s approval energizes them and motivates them to do even more.

They are excellent entertainers, and anything stage or art will be ideal for them.

To be happy, they need a high degree of independence and should avoid monotonous work.

If stage and art aren’t an option, try sales or advertising.

Remember: You need a job that allows you to be around other people.
